Sound Tech
Key Responsibilities
- Arrives early to event to help set up sound system
- Manages sound levels and other requirements of musicians during each set
- Assists with packdown of music gear
Photographer
Key Responsibilities
- Takes photos at events (with subject consent)
- Stores these in a file on the Google Drive
- Edits and sends these to Social media person
Door Sales
Key Responsibilities
- To invite attendees in through the gate and charge for entry
- Operate POS system for payment
MC
Key Responsibilities
- Acknowledgement of country
- Introduce artists
- Share information about the evening (ie: location of toilets, dinner timing and washing up procedure)
Bartender
Key Responsibilities
- To provide beverages to patrons of events
- To operate POS system on iPad
- Must have RSA
Newsletter Writer
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate newsletter contents (asks for contributions from other circles)
- Compiles and distributes quarterly newsletter
Events Assistants (Multiple)
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with even set up and pack down, serving food and cleaning
Social Media Person
Key Responsibilities
- Liaises with event photographer and receives photos from them
- Stores these in a file on the Google Drive
- Posts these to the Source social media pages (Facebook and Instagram)
Graphic Designer
Key Responsibilities
- Designs posters and brochures
- Designs website elements
