Volunteers actively participate in our decision-making processes. They can learn the principles of sustainability and sociocracy either in the administration, café, event or garden circles.
Seasonal Events
Source runs monthly events throughout the year to help bring people together and to strengthen the community feeling of the cooperative. During the summer, the pizza oven gets fired up, music and entertainment hit the stage and a bar serves drinks. Then, during the winter, events become more mellow and intimate. You can enjoy a warming bowl of soup or a deliciously spiced chai whilst watching an inspiring film, meeting new friends or having great discussion.
